Healthy people can get a whole lot more out of life. It’s a great feeling to be able to climb a mountain, ride a bike with your kids or take a long walk with your wife or girlfriend on the beach. The good things in life are just that much better when you are healthy and happy.

Be a happy person. Laugh more. It’s good for you.
